Description
" The only difference between a wise man and a fool,
is that the wise man knows he is playing".
I am between classes and like to practise my Tai Chi 88 step yang style. Anyone who would like to join me is very welcome.
I usually allow approx. 20mins for this form, as I do need to be ready for my next class which starts at 11.30am.
"When you look for it, there is nothing to see.
When you listen for it, there is nothing to hear.
When you use it, it is inexhaustible".
20mins. 88 step yang style.
