Beginers welcome, Come and train in a relaxed and friendly environment. This family run class will give you an intense full body workout while teaching you the art of kickboxing. The class is of mixed age and ability,we do have some tournament winning students but we do understand that your motivation to train may take you on a different path, however you will be encouraged to reach your full potential and personal goals.
