Description

Master Omar El-kilany

Our Chinese Kickboxing class appeals to the more energetic and competitive. Classes include a complete bodywork out, pad-work, stretching, and optional light contact sparring. Derived from the Chinese fighting arts, kickboxing is now one of the most enjoyable and productive means of maintaining all round fitness.

Classes are structured and challenging, and provide a great way to improve fitness, body tone, stamina and self-defence. Junior classes are available to benefit the younger age groups, and to help mould and develop future adults.

The progress of each student is denoted by their grade. Gradings are held every 3 months to promote students to the next belt (ultimately reaching black belt status). Tournaments are held two times a year, and encompass all the disciplines taught within the school.

Included in each tournament are categories for children, youths, men and women. The events are also divided into belt grade to fairly match competitors. Students are encouraged to compete, but are in no way pressured to do so.
