Kung-fu - mixed styles
Our general syllabus caters for those who are uncertain of the differences between methods. The class contains long range, short range, acrobatic, static, practical, and health oriented systems, as well as a range of weapons to further enhance your skills. Often, student may decide to specialise on a particular style after experiencing the selection available.
This syllabus offers a unique opportunity to taste a variety of methods in a single class. The mix includes Shaolin, Wudang, longfist, eagle claw, praying mantis, drunken style and wing chun. Our weapons include stick, daggers, pole, spear, 3-section staff, butterfly knives, twin edged swords, broadsword, Kwan dao, horse blade and sai.
New students are assumed to have little or no co-ordination, fitness or flexibility regardless of previous experience. This is a comprehensive and well rounded class for those who want a bit of everything.
