kung-fu - longfist
Longfist (Changquan) is an ancient but simple method of kung-fu. Nowadays it is used more for performance, well-being, and overall fitness. The style is elegant yet powerful, fast and exciting. Suitable for complete beginners, it is a fantastic alternative to the mundane monotonous gym workouts, swimming or running.
Classes include forms, stretching, kicking and light partner work. Once a student is of adequate proficiency, weapons are introduced into the repertoire. The progression of the syllabus makes Black Belt status possible within 3 years.
