Description
This is a mixed class of both stand-up and ground fighting systems, under duel instruction by Dale El-kilany; Director of Full Contact Kickboxing and Tim Lord; Director of Submission Grappling.
This is an ideal class for people looking to study and compete in mixed martial arts, and equally as helpful to those looking to further their skills either standing or on the ground.
