Tai Chi 

 

This class is suitable for all ages and abilities - from complete beginners to students with prior experience in Tai Chi.    

 

Tai chi promotes good health, self- awareness, strength and relaxation.                                          

 

Classes include warm up exercises, Qigong (breathing exercises), Dao Yin (exercises for general health) and Yang Style Tai Chi forms.         

                                                            

A key feature of the class is its friendly and informal atmosphere.
