Description
This class was asked for by Fareham Leisure Centre as part of their group exercise program 'Every One Active'
Tai Chi is becoming more and more popular as people are finding it so beneficial for their health and well-being.
I start the class with warm ups and Qigong. We then practice our Tai Chi forms - 4; 16 (warm-up/warm-down) and 24 step yang style.
This class is suitable for beginners and improvers.
It would be advisable to contact the Leisure Centre as this class is well attended and spaces are limited.
