Tai Chi


Tai Chi is the ancient Chinese art of gentle exercise, stress relief and moving meditation. Co-ordinating the breath with the movements of the body help to relax the muscles, quieten the mind, and release tension.


The class starts with a gentle warm up, qigong (breathing exercise), and tai chi practice. Movements and principles are carefully explained and demonstrated. The 13 energies gradually unfold over a period of time, giving a complete and full understanding of the tai chi philosophy.
