Description
Andrew Austin Tai Chi An open class for all ages and abilities. This class is designed for the complete beginner, as well as those wishing to refresh their knowledge. Warm up and Qigong (breathing exercise) are followed by group basics, then individual practice. The class is relaxed and fun, and provides an interesting insight into this ancient art. General guidance is offered initially, then individuals are given more specific attention to further refine specific needs. The approach is gradual and systematic, ensuring thorough and holistic learning.
