This group covers all Grappling Arts taught within the ZDL Academy as well as MMA (Mixed Martial Arts).

The ZDL Grappling and MMA 'department' is growing with new classes being added and lots of training facilities also being added.

We currently have classes focusing on MMA technique and sparring, MMA conditioning, and mixed Grappling Arts including elements of Jiu Jitsu, Luta Livre, Judo, Wrestling (Catch, Greco Roman, American Collegiate) and more.
