Have been training since I was 5 years old and have also trained for various lengths of time in tai chi, wushu, jujitsu, karate, judo, fencing, boxing, choi le fut Kung Fu, wing chun, weaponry.
Ed craig has won numerous gold medals in tournaments since 2000 in kickboxing points, continous fighting, team events and Kung Fu.
Ed craig has received an award from Zdl in 2008 for his commitment and contribution to martial arts and was also nominated for a British national martial arts association award for his teaching ability.
Ed craig is a music producer and Dj by trade and can be seen comparing and hosting Zdl tournaments and Christmas events.
Ed craig now strives on developing the links between Martial arts, self defence, technique, humility, and meditation and his classes are friendly, confidence building and a great workout.
Many of his students have gone on to fight and win in tournaments both light and full contact.
