Hi my name is Faz i am a proffesional boxing coach registered with the british boxing board of control.

I am 31 years old and I started boxing at 13years old and went on to compete till the age of 28

i decided to pass on the knowledge which I have managed to obtain travelling round different gyms all over the country and working closely with world championship level trainer ronnie davies, who is known for training former world champions Chris Eubank,Howard Eastman and Tony Oakey who I would like to thank for passing me a wealth of knowledge.

Recently i have been helping Dale EL-Kilany with his boxing and watching him deliver punches clinically to improve the power he already has and would like to thank ZDL for intrusting me to pass on my knowledge to all fighters looking to improve their boxing skills.
