Helen Osborn

Helen has been involved in Martial Arts since 1994, where she has achieved a 3rd Degree Black Sash in Kickboxing, a 1st Degree Black Sash in Kung Fu and has 15 years Tai Chi experience.

After a 10 year gap, Helen returned to the tournament circuit in 2009.

Competing in mixed style events and against women 12 years her minor, she blew judges away with an outstanding Tai Chi performance to take the gold.

Within 2 years she has achieved over 30 wins and is currently 5 times World Forms Champion and 3 times European Forms Champion.

Competing most weekends around the country, Helen also represents England Worldwide and has produced National and European Champions.
