Started martial arts when i was 7, studying Karate for 5 years.

I then joined Zheng dao lo when i was 18 studdying kickboxing with Audly Fraser.

After 8 years i now hold a 2nd degree blackbelt and teach kickboxing twice a week.

I studied kung fu for 2 years, Tai Chi on and off for a few years and have been involved in demonstrations with the zdl Wushu Team.

I hold medals in points and continuous fighting and have achieved 1st place in 4 National tournaments.

I've also compeated at European level at the Irish open in 2009.
